The Aledo FFA Chapter is pictured presenting a $500 check to Officer Nick Seefeld of the Aledo Police Department. The check will be used for the Aledo Police Department's Shop with a Cop Program. The FFA donated the proceeds from the annual Plowboy Prom and the Pork Chop stand to make the donation.

On Thursday, November 8th, the Section 4 FFA Crops Judging Contest (CDE) was held at Aledo High School. Students judged 6 crop rings and were to identify 25 weeds and 25 crop seeds. 12 schools and 76 individuals participated. The Aledo FFA team finished first. West Central FFA finished second. Also, Jenny Lincoln and Ethan Ball placed 4th and 6th individually. First place individual was Laura Beardsley of the Knoxville FFA.
